National Center for Complex Operations, Inc.
The National Center for Complex Operations, Inc. (NCCO) is a 501(c)(3) that operates to drive innovative solutions that will make the nation more secure and our economy more prosperous. NCCO facilitates transactions between public and private entities – both domestic and foreign – for the purpose of rapidly identifying, developing, prototyping, testing and deploying optimized solutions to emergent threats and opportunities associated with our nation’s security and well-being. The organization is guided by a board of directors made up of diverse thought leaders with extensive experience in national security.

The National Center for Complex Operations, Inc. (NCCO), usncco.com, works with private contractors to arrange training and use of the Center for Complex Operations. Foreign operators must abide by international trade regulations and follow procedures outlined by the U.S. Department of State.

Indiana Office of Defense Development
The Indiana Office of Defense Development was established by executive order and then legislation in 2013, and falls under the Lieutenant Governor’s family of businesses. Capitalizing on the rich heritage Indiana has of serving the nation in the area of defense, the IODD leverages defense technologies and assets to attract new commercial applications, new Hoosier companies and additional jobs.

Over recent years, Indiana’s major defense installations have increased their military value in the eyes of the Department of Defense, while at the same time increasing their value to the state. IODD works to create new products which preserve and grow Indiana’s military installations as well as attract companies, both presently in Indiana and those interested in relocating, to retain and grow the defense related industry in Indiana.

Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division
Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division is a United States Navy installation located approximately 25 miles southwest of Bloomington, Indiana. Established in 1941 as the Naval Ammunition Depot for production, testing and storage of ordnance, the base is the third largest naval installation in the world by geographic area and employs approximately 3,300 people. Since 2000, it has taken on a broad variety of development and support operations, and focuses primarily on electronic warfare/information operations, strategic missions and special missions.

Indiana Economic Development Corporation
The Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC) is the State of Indiana’s lead economic development agency. The IEDC was officially established in February 2005 to replace the former Department of Commerce. In order to respond quickly to the needs of businesses, the IEDC operates like a business.
